Peter G. James Sinclair is the Chairman of The OE Group of Companies that is currently comprised of OE Design - The Web Designers , OE Seminars and OE Publishing, and has owned and operated a number of successful businesses from the age of 18.

In addition to running his web design and seminar businesses, Peter is the international best selling author of a number of highly acclaimed motivational books including 'Good Things Don't Come To Those Who Wait'. The title of this book summarizes his philosophy, which he carries over and into all his business ventures.

An accomplished public speaker, with over twenty years experience, Peter has the ability to inspire small business owners - through his passionate presentations - to think bigger than they've ever thought before, but at the same time providing them with the tools to actually not only think BIG, but to do BIG. Ben Sinclair is the Chief Executive Officer of OE Design. He was only 14 when he started working with his dad as part of the new company OE Design – The Web Designers.

At the age of 12 his father had brought home from an Internet Marketing Seminar some free web tutorials, which Ben gravitated to, and this was to lay the foundation of knowledge for Ben of the HTML language and to spark a passion for programming that has continued to this day. Under Ben’s direction, the software that is used to support hundreds of client’s websites was created by Ben, along with the complex internal Client Relationship Management system that is ready to take on board dozens of new franchisees all across the country.

He is also leading a growing team of both designers and technicians ensuring that the same high quality of customer and franchisee's support continues at the high standard he has set for the company over the past five to six years.

Sarah Schelbach is one of our first franchisees with OE Design. In addition to that role she also fills the role of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for the company. For the past eight years Sarah has worked in retail, visual display, cosmetics, administration and support for a seminar company, direct sales, marketing and customer service. In addition she has owned, operated and sold her own vending machine business. Sarah is also currently studying for her Bachelor in Business and Marketing at Bond University on the Gold Coast.

Sarah is passionate, determined and excited about being able to run her own web design business with a team of specialists to support her. She loves that she’s taking control of her own future success.

Known for her impeccable customer service and support, and in addition to selling and marketing, Sarah provides helpful after sales service to all her satisfied clients.

Daniel Dyson is the project manager and designer here at OE Design. His main roles are to manage all of our design projects, create stunning designs for our clients and to provide technical phone and email support along with Ben.

Even though Daniel studied the Java programming language at university, his real passion and talent came out when he started playing around with design.

Prior to University, Daniel lived in Sydney and gained valuable experience at a computer store in Engadine called Comsouth Computers. Daniel was employed there for 3 years full time. On a volunteer basis for 2 years, he was also involved with producing video productions for a professional marketing organization called Shire Creative Ministries. This involved onsite filming, managing the studio when hired out, editing videos, and presenting various marketing presentations during public events.

Daniel is also a talented musician and is skilled in playing the electric and acoustic guitars.

Shelley Sinclair operates in the role of Financial Controller for OE Design.

In addition to having a Master’s Degree in Education she has over the years developed great skills in overseeing every detail in the company’s accounting department. Having worked with her husband in a range of businesses even before OE Design was formed; she brings to the table a vast experience in business and management practices that has seen the business grow in leaps and bounds from its conception.

Shelley recently co-authored a book ‘A Piece Of Mummy’s Heart’ with her husband.
