Sounds great to me - creating a consistent high standard which people can rely on and trust rather than taking a chance on an unknown that may not have the customer service standards or quality standards or even the systems to ensure it's done on time.

That is SUCH an issue in today's world... and how do you know who the cowboys are? You dont. It's just trial and error in a normal scenario.

A franchise with a reputation for great service and high standards, such as OE Design, allows people that extra peace of mind, knowing they're going to be looked after and not left in the lurch. That the systems are set up to ensure that each client gets the best possible service and product from OE Design in every scenario.

It's definitely a great step forward in this industry.
