You are the one who knows your business the best. Combine that with our marketing and design expertise and you will get the best product for your purchase. If you can supply any of the following, it will save you both time and money:

How long does it take for an average web design to be completed?

As long as the client provides us with all the materials we need to complete a website design, please allow us 8-10 weeks.

What is OE Design's content policy?

As a family business it has always been our policy to never be involved in projects that we feel can be harmful to the family unit. That means that we will not take on any projects that include any elements of nudity or semi-nudity in any form, pornography, gambling, the potential abuse of substances such as drugs or alcohol, smoking or anything that we deem potentially harmful.

What is OE Design's payment policy?

For all new clients, we require 50% payment up front and the final 50% is to be paid on completion of the site. Remember that we offer 6 months FREE support to make any minor changes that are required, so that the needs of our clients are met to the highest degree of quality.

Who is Paysmart?

Paysmart is an independent financial organisation who assists OE Design to provide their clients with easy and flexible payment plans. It also allows OE Design to provide their clients with a convenient and no fuss way of paying for monthly services such as Web Hosting and eNewsletter facilities.

What if I don’t want to use the services of Paysmart?

OE Design requires 100% payment at commencement.
